Returns & Refunds Policy

At Arden Heat, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with a product, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item was damaged or incorrect.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued via cash (since you offer only cash on delivery)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the approved processing time, please:

  • Check your bank or credit account again
  • Contact your bank or provider for delays in processing
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected]
